Restoring Glasgow’s iconic Britannia Panopticon Music Hall

Our vision is to see the whole building operating as a vibrant venue in the Trongate offering popular entertainment, live performance, music, film, and the arts, as a hub for the local community, with variety at its heart.

We aim to build a £1m Panopticon Building Restoration Fund through fundraising and individual donations.

Our objectives are to purchase, own, and restore the Category A-listed Britannia Panopticon Music Hall to secure the building and its unique place in the city’s entertainment and popular culture history for the benefit of the people of Glasgow, Scotland and beyond.

Visit our DONATE page to be part of achieving this vision and help us reach our fundraising target by making an individual gift.

We will also be applying to trusts and foundations and public funders to restore this unique category A-listed building.

We are working with the Friends of the Britannia Panopticon Music Hall Trust who operate the music hall and run a programme of regular events.

If you share our vision and would like to help us achieve this iconic building’s restoration, please make a donation to the Panopticon Trust.
